The Telegraph's General Election 2010 Page is an excellent resource for following events minute-by-minute.

Also, the Conservative Home blog will have the skinny on the goings-on within the Torie party.

Early indications are that the Conservatives will win a narrow majority and that David Cameron will become the next Prime Minister.

Root for the Tories? Hell, I'm rooting for BNP and UKIP.

End the Muslim takeover and the Commie domination of the English government.

The Tories won't do anything. They're just Labour Lite.

OK, I'm with you there. :) But, I suspect only the Tories ahve a chance of forming a "Rightist" government, and that's likely the best we can hope for this time around.

If nothing else, a Conservative Chancellor of the Exchequer will be far better at seeing Britain through the coming Euro stress, and that will matter here before it is all over.

Add me to the list. UKIP and the BNP are the only ones for Britain. If Daniel Hannin (sp?) ran the Tories then I support them.

The Labour Party are hard islamo-marxist, Lib Dems semi-hard islam-marxist and Tories are Slightly Silly Party.

As long as no Europeans are elected, the world might be in better shape after this.

(Apologies to all my friends in England, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Poland, Finland, Norway, France, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Greece, Austria, Russia and Czechoslovakia...sorry if I missed a few of you. Apologies to my relatives in each of these countries as well.)

My son spent last school year in Rome and travelled around Europe. I told him that if he took any crap for being an American, he should simply ask if the jerk came from a country whose arse we saved, or a country whose arse we kicked. That would reframe the discussion properly. :)

“...Early indications are that the Conservatives will win a narrow majority...”

What early indications? The final polls pointed to a hung parliament. The first exit poll won’t be released until 10 pm London time (5 pm New York).

What early indications? The final polls pointed to a hung parliament.

Source: Tories confident of overall majority

"A well-placed source within the Conservative campaign machine has told PoliticsHome that early indications are looking good and that he expects an overall Tory majority.

The indications they are receiving are that their voters are turning out, that the advantage in the marginal seats is holding up, and that a number of the lower down Labour target seats will fall their way, making an overall majority likely."
