VETERAN journos Michael Wolff and Jeffrey Toobin may want to pull an “Odd Couple” number and share an apartment. As we reported yesterday, the very married Wolff, 55, has clammed up over reports he’s been having an affair with gorgeous Victoria Floethe, 28, who works at his newser.com blog. Now, CNN legal correspondent and New Yorker writer Toobin, 48, who’s married, is staying mum about a report that he and sexy lawyer Casey Greenfield, 35, the Yale-educated daughter of CBS newsman Jeff Greenfield, have a relationship that “crossed the line.” Gawker.com pushed that claim further, saying that Casey is in an “advanced pregnancy” she’s been tracking on her Facebook profile. Calls to the usually accessible Toobin’s office and cellphone, and attempts to contact him through CNN and his literary agent, Esther “Lobster” Newberg, were fruitless. Casey did not return a message and e-mail to her law office or a message to her Facebook account. Jeff Greenfield didn’t return a call, either.

Oh Amy McIntosh, the winner of the 2008 SBSB Unqualified To Be In Education award, when are you going to come clean? What not make public your lack of qualifications (here too!) and the conflict of interest you have with Time Warner in the case of your husband Jeffrey Toobin.
Why is this a big deal? In the upcoming Time Magazine, which just happens to be owned by Jeff’s employee, there is a love letter written about Washington DC school chief Syngman Rhee. Coincidently, Rhee happens to be one of Klein’s sycophants, and was recommended for the position by Der Chancellor himself. But that is not all there is from Time.

CNN analyst, New Yorker writer, alleged affair-haver, and big Facebook fan Jeffrey Toobin recently updated his Facebook status to “married.” He’s actually been married for years!
Jeffrey Toobin Faces Off With Ex-Mistress Casey Greenfield In Love Child Court Case: NYDN
Toobin, 49, appeared in Manhattan Family Court along with rumored former lover Casey Greenfield, the 36-year-old daughter of CBS News analyst Jeff Greenfield. Greenfield gave birth to a baby boy last spring, and though she wouldn’t say then, the Daily News reports she now claims Toobin is the father.
From the Daily News:
The ex-lovers barely spoke in the waiting area before joining their lawyers behind closed doors with a court referee to hash out custody and money issues.
Toobin, who glumly sat several rows away from Casey Greenfield before the hearing, is said to have privately admitted to fathering the child, believed to have been born last summer, sources said.
A friend of Greenfield’s said the outspoken Toobin has resisted putting his name on the infant’s birth certificate and hasn’t given his former lover the child support she’s requested.
Toobin has two children with wife Amy McIntosh, who he married in 1986. The Daily News reports he was wearing his wedding ring in court.

Maybe they should teach sex education to Yale law students and see if that works, before they start in on impressionable teen-agers.
CNN legal news analyst, Harvard grad and married guy Jeffry Toobin is squaring off against Yale Law School graduate Casey Greenfield - the daughter of columnist Jeff Greenfield - over a paternity suit invovling their child. Things are chilly. She won’t let him see the child. He’s not paying legal support. His wife is nowhere to be heard from. Her father won’t return calls.
Isn’t sex education supposed to be the answer for our 14 year olds?
Didn’t these people get sex education before they went to Ivy League law schools?
Also, it’s interesting how poorly watched CNN must be inasumuch as this is the best kept scandal in media history.

He is a cad, and Casey is a fool. Her son is the only innocent party in their sordid little mess.
...and a couple of six packs of good German beer (maybe a six pack of bock beer). Low alcohol domestic brews just won't do the trick.

That is correct.
But women used to have more respect for themselves than to sleep with a married guy and more respect for the ‘sisterhood’ than to sleep with a sister’s husband.

i’m a half century now..plus some...i’ve watched young women believe married men and their lies a long time...i'd wage at least 1/4-1/3 of women still unmarried after 28 or so will likely dally with a married man historically
i think women who really attach to married men don't want a full commitment sub consciously
folks generally go after what they end up with on purpose if they truly want it
you want a husband, family and picket fence truly then you will seek a proper more ready mate
you pick a married man and you probably have daddy didn't see me issues
i’ll lecture on men(dogs) later...this Toobin is so typical of lefties who project altruism but do nothing personally that comes at a real price
on a side note...a 70 yer old buddy of mine whose wife quit having sex 25 years ago ..for whatever reason...it wasn't physical....he tells me if you cheat then it should be with another married woman so she has something to lose too...his weekly lover of many years is a lawyer lady in a lawyer-lawyer marriage whose husband ignores her and travels all week...if Toobin had to cheat he should have used some discretion like that
for the record...I don't cheat...don't want to break my wife's heart nor screw up my kids...it's a character issue when it's boiled down....men are what they are by nature...God gives us a choice
