Questions for Jessica (KSU Illegal Immigrant)
Marietta Daily Journal ^ | May 10, 2010 | Kim Isaza

Posted on 05/18/2010 1:32:43 PM PDT by ethics

I don't know Jessica Colotl, the illegal KSU student recently released from an immigration jail, and I don't think she is an evil person. But she has become the face of illegal immigrants in Cobb County, and there are plenty of questions I would like to ask her.

Who owns the car you were driving when you were stopped on KSU campus? Who is it registered to? Who insures that car? Who pays that insurance? Is it paid regularly and on-time? Have you ever taken any driver's ed courses? Have you ever been in an accident? Do you ever think about the fact that in driving back and forth from Duluth to Kennesaw, you could seriously hurt someone, or that you could be hurt and in need of medical care? Do you understand that driving is not a "right"?

Where do you really live? How do you pay your tuition? How did you get a Mexican passport and a Mexican driver's license? Who and where are your siblings? How often do you go to Mexico? How do you get there?

Aren't these questions that should be asked on all proponents of Illegal Immigration?

This girl and her family come into the the country illegally, this girl takes advantage of all of our services, whines about being called "illegal", and she doesn't even have the common courtesy to be hot:

Ahhhh, you do realize that statements like yours are what keeps back the adoption of the Arizona laws in other places, right?

Just can’t help yourself, can ya?

Way to lump real issues and problems with racial slurs that make those of us fighting the good fight look like rubes. Well done, a fifth column DUer couldn’t have done a better job.

How do you know they crossed the Rio Grande? They could have crossed the border in Arizona.

You’re just as bad for defending a racist comment. I don’t need the term explained to me as I’m a Texas resident and far from trying to be PC.

We have traffic stops in my county all the time that nab illegals driving. Most of the time the car is legally purchased, tagged and insured. Those are things that don’t require proof of citizenship. What normally gets them in trouble is no Georgia driver’s license. That is much harder to obtain, you have to provide proof of residence and a social security number. The outrage is that SOP is to give them a ticket and send them on their way. When asked why the Sheriff said that the jails would be filled to overflowing within a day or two and ICE doesn’t show up to take them away. That is essentially the same argument the police in /arizona that don’t support the new law use, they just don’t have anywhere to put them.

Okay.

What is the poor, wayward child's real name? Is that PC enough?

Not at all... nor would I get upset over your attempt to make this personal. Obviously the Admins did the right thing by removing the comment. Let it go and try and focus on the real battle.

I’m not trying to make this personal at all, I’m just saying, you’re offended by the WB comment, but not by the cracker comment. I find that interesting. Pick and choose eh?

OK, I'll bite. How do they get insurance without a DL? In my state you cant even register your car without legal ID.

Whatever you want.

As long as you realize that you are hurting the cause by saying things like that.

Your choice.

In other words, if 10% of the population suddenly decide to kill someone they will get no prison time at all. That's certainly welcome news to gangs and illegals, they are at 10% already.

I never said I was offended by the comment. Had you read and understood my comment, you would see I was simply stating a post like that does nothing for FR.

I’ve never eaten a meal at WB Barrel... but have enjoyed a few meals at Cracker Barrel. When they make that chain change its name, I may consider adding cracker to the list.

Until then, what I pick and choose for my beliefs really has nothing to do with you at all.

Does my Freeper name upset you too?

Did you click to my about page to find out anything you could use?

I picked it to upset the PC people and then make them get a Texas History lesson.

*That was my first zotted post, and I'm proud of it.

This PC crap is what helped to get us in this mess.
