I ran a search on the headline before I posted — nothing came up.

Guy walks into a cafe in Moscow, and asks the keeper for a copy of today's Tass. The shopkeeper says, "This isn't the Soviet Union anymore...there is no Tass."

The next day, same guy walks into the Cafe and again asks for a copy of today's Tass. The shopkeeper, a little annoyed, replies "As I told you yesterday, there is no Tass."

The day after that, the same guy walks in the cafe and again asks for Tass. The shopkeeper, more than a little annoyed, says, "Look, you've been in here for several days asking for Tass. I keep telling you, there is no Soviet Union, no Tass, and there never will be Tass!

The guy says, "I know that. I just enjoy hearing you say it."
