For Baumbach, an ardent Labrador supporter, the visit isnt so much about Palins support of Ward, its about her becoming involved in Idaho politics. I am disgusted by her interference in local elections, said Baumbach in an e-mail to IdahoReporter.com. Its abusing her star power to favor Ward over a man she hasnt met.Sarah Palin was born in Idaho. If she endorses a solid conservative like Maj. Vaughn Ward in the state of her own birth -- is that really "interfering", or just expressing her legitimate opinion in favor of the Republican of her preference?
I mean, if Barack Obama weighed in on local elections in Kenya... well, never mind...

I would have said she was a dogged Labrador supporter...but, that’s me...

As a matter of fact, he DID do that and Odinga won. And then promptly slaughtered a bunch of his opponents(reports that he cooked them in pots may have been exagerrated, however).

I suppose that Baumbach has never sought or accepted an endorsement from an out of state politician or figure?
Really? Really?
Or is he just upset that his guy didn't get the nod?
Somehow I doubt that if his guy got the nod from Palin he would reject it as out of state interference.
