NPA and SEIU at the home of BofA's Gregory Baer The protesters' film of the anti-Bank of America protest. These people are ALL over Baer's front porch and yard and threatened his child with their raucous behavior, and NO ONE WAS ARRESTED?!?! WHAT?!?
"Will we take back our democracy?" -Hey, stupidhead! WE DON'T LIVE IN A DEMOCRACY TO "TAKE BACK". Sheesh.
And what are they shouting at the end there??? Sounds like "Yo Yo Ma! Yo Yo Ma!"

I would like to see Nina Easton get in these guys face. Put them in a position where they have to defend their tactics.

If a militia had escorted Klansmen to the home of a black congressman, when only his son was at home, this would be news.

Can you water the lawn with a fire hose? That might keep ‘em on the street, at least.
To: pillut48
Question is who told the DC police to escort them there ? Would love to know the exact paper trail on this.

At a minimum the garden hose should have been deployed by the homeowner and a good watering of the lawn and rinsing of the porch, driveway, and sidewalk commenced -anyone not moving would get wet -oh well...

They did this just before Maryland's
Castle Doctrine Law went into effect.
If a DC cop is escorting protesters outside of his jurisdiction, is he still considered a cop, or just an armed thug who can be engaged under the Castle Doctrine?

Greg Baer and family/BAC should sue to the fullest extent of the law.

I know there are a lot of FReepers who have respect for the cops and the prisons but not me. They are bureaucracies first, last and in between. They look out for their own.

If it were my house, I would have called 911, told them that a mob was trying to break in, that I had a small child who was in fear for his/her life, and that I was going to shoot the bastards.
Bet I’d get some help, fast.
Now it is time for Baer to sue the crap out of the DC police, who continually prove that they can’t get a sane or competent Chief of Police.

This story has made me curious. Where these protesters trespassing? Do they get an exemption from trespassing because it is a protest? Did they need a permit to assemble?
If they are not exempt from trespassing, everyone of them should be prosecuted. Start with the bus drivers and work backwards.
