Daley's is not an idle threat. Those armed guards he totes around with him would hand their piece over to him in a second to use on someone, and now that we know how he intends to do that, NO ONE should find himself anywhere near that nutcase.

Just in case Secret Service missed this conversation, it certainly sounds like the kind of thing that ought to get a guy added to the list of 400,000 or so people who must be considered dangerous to the President.
