I can’t find anything on the CENSUS site suggesting the “census workers can enter your apartment in your absence.”

I cant find anything on the CENSUS site suggesting the census workers can enter your apartment in your absence. I haven't either. I think what this means is that landlords must let Census workers on their property or in their building (if it had central hallways). Also, the fine/lawsuit would be much more expensive to the landlord if they let someone in someone's apartment unit w/out permission than any $500.00 census fine.

You're relying on the “transparency” of the current regime? The same people that moved the census into the White House under chief-of-staff Rahm “Congressional Showers” Emanuel. Something that hadn't happened before in our 234 year history?
