I'm glad Zero, for the second time, canceled his trip to Australia (do they speak Australian there)? That should be parlayed into restricting his mobility for the duration of the oil leak. Tighter and tighter should the circle be drawn, no trips, no parties, no campaigning, no cap and trade. Like the hostage crisis eventually paralyzed Carter.

The bigger threat to Gaia and all her animal vegetables, and minerals, right now, is Zero. If the leak renders him impotent and/or denies him a second term it would be my preference the leak not stop until the day he leaves office. 3 decades of healing from leak related losses is much preferable to discarding 3 centuries of civilization's advance.

As you know, I don’t believe this spill was an accident. Since Obama took office there have been a series of financial and catastrophic events. And a number of these events have lead to investigations, oversight, or take over of the federal government.

Our government now owns banks, car manufacturing companies, and they may be looking at owning a few newspapers outright in the not too distant future. Shortly after the mining accident I told myself that Obama would demand an investigation, and the federal government we place their foot in the door of our mining industry.

During his campaign, Obama did not promote American oil drilling. After his “election” his popularity numbers dropped, and Obama discovered that American’s want their independence from foreign oil. So, he recently announced that we can start drilling offshore. Low and behold, shortly after this decision we have a catastrophic oil spill.

There are no witnesses to testify that the explosion was an accident. We have nothing to go by except what BP and the administration tells us, or doesn’t tell us.
