Oddly enough I am rereading for the Nth time “Band of Brothers”. I had stopped earlier today at the passage where one of the men in this article learned (by mistake as he took his buddies jacket to the latrine) of the death of his brother.

And your are right. . . to this day such men and women have stepped forward to defend our nation. It's just a shame that the POTUS couldn't be bothered to drop by the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier on Memorial Day to commemorate the sacrifices of our young who answered in the time of need.
