What is going on in the GoM is starting to look a bad Salvador Dali painting on steroids after taking a near lethal dose of LSD.
The head pressure of >20,000psi is beyond any available technology to counter. The “fracking” inside the well pipe that descends the estimated 5 miles to the reservoir due to the chemicals, rock, sand and heat of the gushing oil will eventually cause it to fail, resulting in increasing fissures as the deep near volcanic pressure seeks relief.
As the deep oil pressure abates due to depletion, sea water may be sucked into the 400 degree C depths that will produce superheated steam and even greater pressures, possibly resulting in tsunamis.
Deadly chemical gases are poisoning the air.
This could become a global catastrophe that totally annihilates our Gulf Coast. The MSM is not reporting this. If I lived in the Gulf region, I would be getting my butt out of there, post haste.
Well, that clears up the question of the pressure.
Thanks.
