Warmest May on record Worldwide
Associated Press ^ | June 15, 2010 | Associated Press

And the heat goes on: It was the warmest May on record.

Worldwide, the average temperature for the month was 58.6 degrees Fahrenheit (14.8 Celsius), the warmest May on record, back to 1880.

That was 1.24 degrees F (0.69 C) warmer than average for the month as the planet's temperature continues to climb. Atmospheric scientists generally attribute the rising readings to the greenhouse effect, with man-made chemicals added to the atmosphere trapping heat from the sun that previously would have gone back out into space.

But last year when it was cold, we were told any single variation means nothing.

Now this year it’s warm, and the planet is going to burn up!

Well if we’re all gonna be hot.......here’s a homeowner tip.

My AC broke last week, the condensate drain line had clogged up and overflow water corroded the furnace control board.

It’s a good thing to check that every now and then. It plugs up with rust, minerals, and mold.

We had one of the coldest winters here in central Texas in over a generation.

Now, it feels hotter than hell with temps around 95 -— but heck, it’s June.

There is absolutely no assurance that the methodology currently being used to determine global means was the same one used in 1880, so therefore this whole story is bunk.

It is so cold here, we ripped out the AC last year because it broke

It is worthless since the climate has turned cold.

Exactly. I have NO confidence in any numbers put out now by the AGW mafia. If I had to bet, I would expect that these numbers have been “adjusted” in some nefarious way.
