At the risk of sounding like a broken record, Rush has been back three days... and all three days Ive eventually had to turn off the show because I simply cannot STAND listening to an hours worth of radio where hes doing a five minute ad five times an hour. I remember when Rush was proud to announce that he has not added commercials to his show. So he hasn't added commercials but does infomercials instead. The big problem with that is that the others are doing it also.
TGO is probably the worst offender, doing not only infomercials but constant shilling for his books, thing is, seems like nobody really cares.
I would complain but I just switch over to Hewitt during his long commercial breaks and his infomercials. Thing is, I never buy anything these guys push on their infomercials.

So you can listen online with no interruptions from the local MLB game or if your office doesn’t allow online streaming.

i would think the liability would be limited to the assets owned by the bp usa company
that is why i would remove all assets from bp usa and let it go bankrupt - bp tried to do the right thing - the democrats won’t accept that - they want to kill the golden goose - if i were bp, i’d kill the goose and leave them with nothing

I think past BP USA The Hauge gets involved. And since Eric Holder is a One Worlder I’m sure he will do what ever he thinks is necessary and have the UN write a mean letter of rebuke.

That assumes, though, that BP's board has an adversarial relationship with Barry.
FWIW, I think it would be very dangerous for shareholders to make that assumption.

We are witnesses to a public looting, extortion, or shakedown of a corporation. The President has no business demanding that BP do anything other than work diligently to stop the leak and clean up the mess. To the extent that Obama wants to get involved to help solve the PROBLEM, then he can step up and offer financial support and manpower as authorized by law. It is up to the civil system to determine damages, and up to the criminal system to determine if laws were broken, and if punishment is warranted. Thugs, thugs, thugs. Chicago thugs.

Anyone know if there was a signed agreement? And if so, has it been made public? And if so and if not, why not?

I get the impression that people like Boehner never got into fights as kids. They never got bloody noses, never punched back, never fought for someone else who was being bullied. A bunch of pampered mammary boys. No wonder Palin and Bachmann are so riled up. It’s bad enough to watch what the Democrats have become, and it’s equally galling to watch the Republican leadership let themselves be constantly bitch slapped, and apologize for taking a stand and speaking the truth. No mothers can be proud of such wimpy males.

major of fox news asked for the agreementAnd while he's at it, he oughta look into the Lockerbie deal. That's in serious need of investigation as well.
