I read somewhere that he was a BO supporter. Guess that got old.
I wish he had resigned first, and then shot off his mouth. But, we’ll see how it plays out now.

I’m thinking that McChrystal saw that Bambi was setting him up to fail and he didn’t want to go down with the ship. This was a good way to get out and set himself up for the future.
He had to know the result of talking trash like that to Rolling Stone. He just cut a deal to get while the gettin’s good, hit the lecture circuit and make some bucks, open the door to a VP slot on a Palin/McChrystal ticket, write a book, etc etc etc.

If Bambi can get elected POTUS without even being a natural-born citizen, your objections to McChrystal as VP are transparent to the electorate.
Isn’t there some sort of rule that any thread with Klien in the subject requires a barf alert? If there is no such rule there should be.

That is exactly what I was thinking. McChrystal is getting out while he can and laying the blame at Obama's feet.

McChrystal's not making a 'mistake' like people think he is. He's doing it deliberately and for a reason.
