On one hand, there are the liberaltarians who think that if only government does border control and I guess weights and measures and lets all other laws drop into oblivion, we will live in a wonderful world where everyone can be privately engaged in wahtever they want and be left alone. And no one will bother anyone and everyone can watch porn, practice sodomy, do drugs, and live happily ever after. Or at least have the peace of mind that comes with knowing you CAN do those things if you want. Or something.
The reality is that a population which does not value moral behavior is a population which soon sinks into anarchy and chaos.
