Did the cap blow off? I heard the deaths are two coast guard personnel?
The only explanation I have seen is one line saying the cap was removed due to problems...what problem wasn’t explained.
Problem with gas vent forces BP to remove cap from oil leak ... not sure on the deaths yet ...
