Skinner received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Northwestern University. Her father is Sam Skinner, former Secretary of Transportation and White House Chief of Staff under President George H.W. Bush. She is married to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and resides in Westchester, New York, with their twin daughters.
