Obama is deliberately goading those of us on the right into doing (or trying) something ‘else’, since the Tea Party strategy is being mocked and ignored and is therefore not working. Ayers & Soros are probably telling him that once he gets rid of the millions of us that oppose him, he’ll have it made. Total control. Problem is, if he enacts blanket amnesty via Executive Order, he can push ANYthing via Executive Order. And I do mean anything.
Well, like in the scifi movie V, fresh water is a precious resource. One that Obama’s Saudi connection probably needs a lot more of. Oil is another resource. The USA has plenty of both, and I believe Obama has legislation on the books or pending re: controlling America’s waterways, rivers, streams, etc.. You figure it out.
Then again...one would have thought that forcing/ramming mandatory health insurance down Americans' throats would have, as well. Didn't happen. Ah apathy....it's the bane of patriots everywhere. And it's a killer to American liberty.
Absolutely NO chance until we regain control of Congress.

We know that after the elections in November it might be more difficult to do this legislatively...That’s common knowledge...
So this move to try this before that time is not surprising either...
I think they would throw everything else under the bus, for now, and get this done over the summer, to give them time to ge the new “Amnestees” time to come out into the open and be registered to vote in November...
That would essentially give Harris County, Texas (Houston) a plethra of newly “legal” denocrats to throw the election(s) in Texas into a death spiral...
It’s a sanctuary city (the largest), and the push to create a new beuracracy of an Elections Administrator would essencially hand over the technical operations of early polling locations, and more importantly the voting registration over to “groups” turing in those registrations without much scrutiny as to the validity and authenticity of the people being registered...
Of course, this actually might happen anyway, regardless if “amnesty” is granted either legislatively, or by Executive Order...
I’ve ceded my spine to no one. However, this administration knows full well that by dividing us on social grounds, they can defeat us individually. I have no faith that the November elections will be free or fair. We’ve already seen what happens when thugs stand outside of polling places with billy clubs... nothing!
Like I said, DC, I’m not going to fire the first volley. Those of us willing to do so need to “Go Bowman” in order to effectively gut the enemy. At this point, we’re a bunch of gun owning, Bible holding “bitter clingers” who are waiting for a General to lead them.

Our "military leaders" should NOT necessarily be counted as allies.
If Obozo is looking for a national emergency to invoke martial law, this will probably do it.
Who's he going to get to enforce martial law?
At one of our local Oath Keepers meetings, I asked the LEO's present what they would do if Obama declared martial law - their answer was "nothing." They stated they WILL NOT enforce illegal orders from Obama. I personally know two of the officers present, and I believe them. I also know for a fact that our sheriff won't enforce Obama's martial law.
The retired military members in our group tell me that our local active duty personnel will not follow unconstitutional orders. The active duty neighbors I know can be trusted not to fire on their community.
So then, who is Obama going to get to enforce his "martial law" at the local level? Federal jackboots? There aren't enough of them to go around (and their numbers will be severely culled if they do try it). If not federal jackboots, who? UN blue helmets or foreign troops? We have a fair number of riflemen (retired military, deer hunters, etc) who can thin their numbers pretty quickly.
So who does that leave? Obama's "civilian" security goons? Good luck with that, Barry.
On a side note, it will be interesting to see how McDonald v. Chicago is decided. That will tell us alot about what our future will look like.
At the time of this statement, the US population was roughly 200 million.
The equivalent number for today's population is closer to 40 million. This is roughly half the total military and civilian casualties attributed to WWII.
But somehow, Bill Ayers is considered a respectable college professor by many.
Laws related to carrying out legitimate functions of government ("To secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed...") are legitimate and you are morally obliged to obey them.
Laws not related to carrying out legitimate functions of government may be morally disobeyed.
Would you have demanded escaped slaves be returned to their "owners" in compliance with the Fugitive Slave laws?
