To: Sub-Driver

Once we mock the importance of the rule of law, anything becomes possible to the people audacious (lawless) enough to try it.

We saw this on healthcare reform as locks were replaced in order to keep Republicans from doing the job they were elected to do and as rule after rule was broken in full sight of everybody - but nobody could do a dang thing about it.

This all comes from a guy who committed both forgery and perjury to get his position of power, while “conservatives” laughed at anybody who said the rule of law actually matters.

I hope we’re realizing that the rule of law matters. I hope we’re not realizing it too late.
