Executive power to declare certain classes of persons
non-citizens, stateless individuals. I mean why not,
what is the difference? Lawless is lawless.

Oh how the liberals would scream, unless of course
it were conservatives being rounded up and shipped off.

Speaking of lawless, what if I decide to break any laws I deem unfair to me? Do the rest of us get to pick and choose what laws we want to obey? I think we all know the answer to that one.

True. That’s why non-enforcement is so corrupting: it’s the same as lawlessness, just as effective but more evasive and passive.

If Obama will ignore the constitution to grant amnesty "at will" to millions, then "we the people" can ignore the constitution in order to remove him from office, academically speaking, of course.
