I bet Obama’s disappointed that Chavez got to them first. Or maybe he is just taking notes on how to do it.

At one time, marines were used when foreign governments seized our property.

Sounds like Obama. When I was young, and we had a functional government, the president would order the navy to seize the rigs and protect U.S tax payer property. I miss those days.

Hello, Obama? A foreign company just took over rigs from a US company? Sitting on your ass doing nothing? Doing the takeovers you don’t want to do? Too busy f-ing around playing golf?

Unprecedented magnitude of ineptness in the White House these days.

"Helmerich & Payne: We stated repeatedly we wanted to return to work, just not for free," he said. "We are surprised by yesterday's announcement only because we have been in ongoing efforts in a good faith attempt to accommodate a win-win resolution, including a willingness to sell rigs."

No sale....They just took them....

Looks like Helmerich & Payne got screwed.....

It will not be long before Chavez is “seized” and it won't be pretty. Hugo is a fool. Obama, take note.

He's warming up for his takeover of BP.
