It’s Hinduism rooted and basic mumbo jumbo.....basically it’s a symbolic snake that sits coiled near ones butt...via meditation and instructers they “release” this snake to travel up the spine into the head brain. (Wacky stuff uh?)
It’s occultish junk though practicing yoga etc... will deny so. However the facts are it is rooted in Hinduism practices just as New Age is.
Not sure, but it’s south of the belly button. I can only imagine me asking Mrs. AR to “release my second chakra”, after she finished laughing, she would ask me if I needed to be certified as a nutwad.
