Other than that, this describes a situation wherein a set of facts were inserted into a federal case that were opposite of what was intended. If it is what happened, whoever changed the facts needs to be prosecuted. Obviously, it is similar to what Salazar is alleged to have done.

And the next question is obvious. How many cases have the Democrats submitted to the courts where the text has been altered to change the facts?

I'm much more curious why the ACOG would submit to the change which contradicted the language in their original report. One has to wonder if there weren't other contributing incentives, eh?
