Yeah, it’s approximately 80 miles in from the border and it has signs around it posted by our fricking Government saying “Do Not Enter” because there’s a bunch of drug running Mexicans inside with heavy weapons. No it couldn’t. Not legally, anyway. They could always break the law and start rounding up people arbitrarily. Of course, if that was the plan you have to wonder why they bothered passing a new law, thereby alerting the ACLU’s eagle eyes to their secret intentions.
