A former Justice Department attorney who quit his job to protest the Obama administration's handling of the New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case is accusing Attorney General Eric Holder of dropping the charges for racially motivated reasons.
J. Christian Adams, now an attorney in Virginia and a conservative blogger for Pajamas Media, says he and the other Justice Department lawyers working on the case were ordered to dismiss it.
"I mean we were told, 'Drop the charges against the New Black Panther Party,'" Adams told Fox News, adding that political appointees Loretta King, acting head of the civil rights division, and Steve Rosenbaum, an attorney with the division since 2003, ordered the dismissal.
Asked about the Justice Department's claim that they are career attorneys, not political appointees, Adams said "obviously, that's false."

It was politically motivated, not racially motivated.
It really wouldn’t have mattered if Obama had a white AG, or if a different radical was president.
A radical group likethe New Black Panthers wasn’t going to be prosecuted because of their political stand, not because of their black supremacy.
This one is interesting both for the fact that its still making news and because traditional democrat allies are attacking Obama.

Heinrich Holder is preparing a document titled “Solutions to the Southern and Western Territories”
Holder will be the first black racist to be indicted, found guilty and hanged for treason in America’s history.
DumBO and Holder didn’t have to drop the charges against the Black Panthers, they weren’t going to lose the racist vote.
Yesterday, July 2, I turned Medved on only to hear a caller telling him how the Black Panther case showed that Obama & co. were trying to payback whites. To my astonishment Medved said he hadn’t heard of the case. When the caller continued talking Medved said that he had a VAGUE memory of it. He then interrupted the caller and asked him if he thought the only reason Obama won was because of the Black Panthers. All the time using that”are you nuts” tone. That’s when I turned it off.
