First, I'm a little surprised that this was printed in the Cleveland Plain Dealer. Second, this sentence should raise some eyebrows...

"White Castle recognizes it won't continue paying health insurance bills for workers who buy insurance on the federal exchange"

How will workers buy insurance on the federal exchange if the federal exchange is only for workers who don't have access to employer health care plans?

This is going to be a mess of Biblical proportions.

Note the news item mentioned by Rush that they aren't meeting their online deadlines for implementation of various provisions. I don't think any of them have the slightest idea what they're even trying to do. It's just a question of how long the health care and insurance industries can carry on before they start getting slammed with arbitrary and oppressive requirements.

Regardless. The fundamentals are that the Government that orders/commands/dictates that people buy certain things...doesn’t itself have the money. The citizens, many do not have the money, nor the business have it, nor the customers.

The only short term option is to borrow. So, one or the other, citizens/serfs will have to, or business will have to or government will have to borrow each year.

Right now it seems the ever deluded and threat to us all government officials have yet to, if ever, accept this reality. Until the do, or are forced to, things will get worse, and at an accelerating pace.
