Ah, the ugly truth behind Christianity in America. An awful lot of lip service is paid to forgiveness, but amongst all Christian beliefs, it’s the least practiced.
This thread is disappointing on many levels and yours is a most pertinent point. It's the reason I no longer visit the site much anymore. On one hand you have self proclaimed Christians saying he doesn't deserve forgiveness (while speculating how this can help or hurt future political agendas) and on the other hand you have those saying he's doing this because he's run out of money. What? Are they suggesting Sarah offered him money to do offer a public apology?
