Who is making the feds step down again? Like the New Black Panthers?

Why would the feds appeal a government fraud conviction?

Got to be an Obowma friend.

There is no limit to this regime’s corrupt behavior. I would not put it past the Obama/Justice Dept. to intercede on this guy’s behalf. Are these the same proceedures used for the New Black Panthers?

They aren't. They are appealing the sentence for being to SHORT. They want him to do more time. Lets not criticise the Justice dept. when it does do the right thing.

Well the feds wanted at least 15 yrs and the judge only gave him 4.5.

Don't you think the feds should be appealing the sentencing?
