Close the border, start rounding up the illegals and send them back or put them in prison and the vast majority of illegals will leave. Anyone who does this will probably get the majority vote.
Be easier to pass a law stating that the protection of law and government benefits are only applicable to US citizens and foreigners here under legal circumstances.
Cause then it’d be open hunting season on illegals, with no legal ramifications. I’d wager that all the illegals would flee ASAP if they knew that they had no recourse if someone wanted to shoot, kill, and then mount one on the wall.

This is a bit of black humor, but honestly... if illegals had no ability to get schooling for their children... and if anyone could do anything to them and they could not get protection, they *WOULD* quickly leave to somewhere where they could be protected, ie - their home country.

I believe the way it works is you have to get a majority or at least plurality of the votes first, then you get to implement you policies, not that other way around, though Dims like the other way round via the courts.
throw them out. I don't want to pay for keeping them in prison. also go after businesses that hire them. Decrease the incentives enough and many will self-deport.

1. Build a fence
2. Agressively defend the border from ALL invaders
3. Fine employers who hire ILLEGALS
4. Enforce current immigration law and deport ALL ILLEGALS (similar to Mexico’s laws)
5. ALL ILLEGALS must return to their country, go to back of line and apply for immigration just as ALL LEGAL immigrants have done if they desire to become citizens or “guest workers”.
6. Priority should ALWAYS be given to Americans over any ILLEGAL or “guest worker” for any job in America.
