ditto that ...I’ve screamed it from the rooftops.....earmarks at best get money away from Washington
And, earmarks fund some great project that enable communities to do things they could never finance, and projects that benefit everyone, including taxpayers. They just need to eliminate the wasteful stuff, and the stuff that is mostly monuments to some rep or senator.
