Secure the border is a canard.

It sounds good, but with definition of what 'secure' means, it is meaningless.

Case in point: the car bomb at the El Paso-Juarez bridge, which, so far, has gone unresponded to by the current Admin and politicians.

Yeah, that’s really outrageous. I prefer the words “seal the border,” like the border between East and West Germany (Berlin) was “sealed.”
