Obvious, 99% of Freepers have no idea what a listserv is, and would not know MajorDomo if it fingered their nym.

I guess that means they have only used the internet since the invention of the World Wide Web. Noobies.

listserv, the earliest life form of the web for collaborating ... When computers were weenies and text email was king. It’s fascinating they would bring back from the dead an old technology, to hide the new. Probably because everybody was on Blackberrys

BTW, we had a Majordomo listserv running during the 1994 defolyate campaign to coordinate our attacks on Rep Foley. Any Linux box comes basically with it built in, all you need do is download the the software, set up as many as you want. perl scripting was the backbone of UNIX back then.

There are plenty of better ways to collaborate today. Some tools are designed for just that. But software like Majordomo, LISTSERV and ListProc, may work well with mobile devices.

The news here is formerly respected journolist coordinating and colluding, while trying to appear as independent orginazations, all to bring down conservatives. Credibility is totally shot for the journolists news media after this.
