Janeane Garofalo and the Journolist Gang
David Horowitz's NewsReal Blog ^ | Kathy Barkulis

I’m giddy about the Journolist expose. Of course we all knew liberal journalists were cooking the books, but having the proof is such sweet victory for conservatives. In fact, I’m thinking about building a mosque in front of the New York Times as a symbol of our victory.

I recall the first time I heard someone accuse the Tea Party of being racist. It was Janeane Garofalo. She was talking to Keith Olbermann right after the first major Tea Party protest on April 15th, 2009. She said the Tea Party followers were all “racist teabagging rednecks,” or something vulgar like that.

Garofalo on Olbermann’s Countdown

Obviously, the Journolist gang spread their seed beyond journalists, and into the D list Hollywood realm in order to get a little more bang for their buck. After Garofalo went on her rant in 2009, the other D listers followed her example. I won’t name them all because I don’t want to leave anyone out, but suffice it to say it was every single Hollywood liberal who needed a job.

The idiocy of the racist name calling against the Tea Party has always been obvious. The Tea Party doesn’t care what race their followers are, and in fact, welcomes anyone who wants smaller government, lower taxes, and less government spending. The more followers they have, the better it is for their agenda. The Tea Party believes that if their tenets are followed everyone will be better off in this country, especially minorities. But on the contrary, it is the liberals who need to keep racial division and victimhood alive and kicking. Without that division their agenda fails. Without victims they lose votes.

Good thing Journolist is now disbanded. Yep, we finally outed and stopped the one and only organization of Leftists and liberals that was created solely to to coordinate their group attack tactics in the media, the professions, and in social behavior.

Whew, that was close.

Can anyone compare or contrast “Journolister” with “Gerbilister”?

I liked the dig “build a mosque in front of the NYT”, but the more I think of it shouldn’t build a Catholic Cathedral in front of the NYT? Might add a pro-life women’s rescue center as well. Think the NYT would approve the zoning?

They cannot defend their push for Socialism, which Americans still overwhelmingly abhor when it is labeled as such, so they attack the messenger.

No one will hear about this and people will just go back to watching American Idol.

So true these days. Here in St. Louis we have a FM conservative radio station (97.1) where in the afternoon a local guy, Dave Glover, runs a very funny comedy show was talking about just this subject. Don’t know where he got it from but it sure does ring true. It was something about life being a ping pong table and things around us are either ping pong balls on the top of the table (hollyweird and other distractions) or bowling balls underneath the table that were attempting to take out the legs of the table (govt take over of industries and our rights). We seem to be soo much more focused on the ping pong balls that we don’t even care about the bowling balls.
IMO, the media WANT it this way, that’s why there are so many of these stupid shows and they keep “news stories” like Lohan and Gibson in our faces day after day, but refuse to report “real news”. How do we change this, we seem like we are in a super-minority with a very up-hill battle ahead of us.

This has been an outrageous expose. But who is listening/reading about this? Who believes it? And who cares? Except for people like us and Tea Partiers, of course.

Who believes it ?
Writers and editors at every newspaper in America and probably Canada, plus every other newspaper and broadcast unit you could identify.
It’s a conviction sealed by eye witnesses and their own fingerprints.
It’s an indictment and the writers and policy wonks named in it are not even ashamed.

>>How do we change this, we seem like we are in a super-minority with a very up-hill battle ahead of us.<<

It’s getting better every day.
People I know who always said, “I’m not into politics” are now surprising me with statements like, “I heard Rush last week...” or (whispered) “We watch Glenn Beck”.

Maybe we have a chance.
