I watched a salesperson go over a pair of womens slacks several times before she located a tag that set off an alarm as the customer left a local department store.
If you trip an alarm do not leave until the TAG is located and disarmed.
If you are told by a store employee to ignore the alarm, don't do it. There is a good chance that when you wear that garment and 'enter' a store you will trip the alarm again.

Yeah. I found them.
Different!

But I still don’t understand why the government wants to know about my pants, and why the government would create a massive database that includes information on my pants. Try as I may, I can think of no nefarious reason for the government wanting to know where my pants are.
To: La Lydia
The government could care less what kind of pants you are buying, they want to keep track of you like farmers keep track of cattle.

Well, I guess if I take off my pants, the government will be completely foiled! I still can’t see where this is going, nefarious-wise.

will have
smart tags that can be read from a distance...
So they will be able to track men that forget to remove labels from their pants and underwear. From a short distance.
We need a warning label on the label!

Remove all you labels, keep them and take them back and scatter them thoughout the store. That ought to make for a a nice mess in their inventory control stats.
