Director Oliver Stone belittled the Holocaust during a shocking interview with the Sunday Times today, claiming that America's focus on the Jewish massacre was a product of the "Jewish domination of the media."
The director also defended Hitler and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and railed against the "powerful lobby" of Jews in America.
Stone said that his upcoming Showtime documentary series for "Secret History of America," seeks to put Hitler and Communist dictator Joseph Stalin "in context."
"Hitler was a Frankenstein but there was also a Dr Frankenstein. German industrialists, the Americans and the British. He had a lot of support," Stone told Sunday Times' reporter Camilla Long.
Stone said that, "Hitler did far more damage to the Russians than the Jewish people, 25 or 30 [million killed]."
The Sunday Times interviewer then asked why there was such a focus on the Holocaust.
"The Jewish domination of the media," responded Stone. ""There's a major lobby in the United States. They are hard workers. They stay on top of every comment, the most powerful lobby in Washington. Israel has f***** up United States foreign policy for years."
The director, who recently met with Iranian President Ahmadinejad, also slammed the U.S. policy toward Iran as "horrible."
"Iran isn't necessarily the good guy," said Stone. "[B]ut we don't know the full story!"

Denying that there is not a Jewish dominance in the media is like denying there is not a Black domination of the NBA or an IVY League domination of high echelons of government and jurisprudence. No truly honest man would deny the existence of any.

Do tell, Oliver. What was the context? Was Hitler really not a bad guy? Did he build day care centers? Did he make the trains run on time?

Read down just a little bit farther in my post... You quoted my quotation from the article... Hitler was a piker compared to Stalin and Mao, though he DID try hard, and if not for his defeat in WWII, he might just have been #1.
I hope that there's a special place in hell for Stalin's propagandists like the editorial staff and management of the NY Slimes, especially Walter Durante.

But many of these (like "punch & pinch" of the NY Slimes) are atheistic lowlifes who are the descendants of Jews, who hate their own heritage, much like many of the people behind the communist movement. They not only deny their heritage, but actively persecute and hate practicing Jews.

I think Stone is the left’s Mel Gibson. Except he isn’t drunk out of his mind when he says crazy stuff.
I would invite Mr Stone to go live in a communist country for a few years and see how much he likes it and that still wouldn’t come close to to living under hitler
He’s twisting the truth to fit his own vision of things, and where he starts close to the facts, Stone quickly draws the exact wrong conclusions to fit his own vision of how things really were.
A good example is the entire Krupp empire, which armed just about everyone from the British to the Ottomans, to the Nazis, made tons of money doing it and accomplished some amazing feats on the backs of slave labor. I have no doubt that old Gustav Krupp and many of his family members are burning in the hottest part of Hell.
That does not relieve Hitler or Stalin of their own horrible responsibility, or put either one “in context”...
Stone is a good example of what too much LSD does to the human brain.
And yet if Oliver Stone had been living in Germany during the time of Hitler, he would have been eliminated in the T4 program. Interesting paradox.
Rubbish. Hitler has been portrayed in detail in more memoirs, diaries, notes and recollections than any other equally vilified historical character. Not all of these were uncomplimentary. The simple cause for the unflattering depictions of the man’s banal evil stems from his own actions and personality. Put simply, we know a lot about him and that’s why the consensus is that he’s evil. The only good thing we can say about the man is that he was so cocksure that he meddled in strategy where cooler heads had learnt not to, and undoubtedly hampered the effectiveness of the German military juggernaut. Other than that, he deserves every gobbet of mud hurled his way.
Oliver should be able to hire Mel Gibson. Between them it might be possible to make a Jew free production. Of course then it wouldn’t be very good anyway!

Hollywood is morally corrupt and into total power. Plus they are extremely fadish. They could easily move from glorifing Mao and Fidel to glorifying Hitler due to the faddish opposition and hatred of Israel and President Bush.
Speaking of Hitler, during the time of his rise to power, his National socialism was in competition with communism for the hearts and minds of “progressives.” The Jewish elite, like today, mostly supported the International communist ideal. When Hitler came along many communists saw National socialism (versus International communism) as a step in the right direction of Nationalizing the economy through Federal control over business.
Reminds me of what we have going on today and right on que the Leftist elite are turning against Jews in the name of anti-zionism. Hmmmm. Will anyone wake up?
