The president told ABC that his family is not that far removed from what most Americans are going through right now. Really?
President Obama says he can relate to the plight of Americans striving in the struggling economy to pay bills while saving for their kids’ education.
He says he and first lady Michelle Obama took a hit like everybody else when the economy nearly collapsed, telling ABC that a college fund for daughters Malia and Sasha has gone “up and down” with the stock market.
Obama says the first couple is “not that far removed from what most Americans are going through.” He tells the network “it was just a few years ago that we had high credit card balances, we had two kids, thinking about college. We had our own retirement accounts, wondering if we were going to be able to get enough assets in there.”

Won't even have to actually 'go' to Harvard, just be there for the Graduation Ceremony.
BUT.... we won't have to worry about a pregnancy interfering with their education, because they can get FREE federally funded abortions.

I do. I’m watching a clip from Fox news about them now. It’s enough to make anyone’s blood boil. But probably nothing that we didn’t already know/suspect. The media is just the Propaganda arm of the Government (as another Freeper put it).

Do you suppose he and Michelle sit around and discuss whether to pay the electric bill or the car insurance? Or which one of them should try to get an additional part-time job? Do you think they talk about how they are gone from home to their jobs over 90 hours a week between them, and then still have to do the laundry, housework, meal preparation, lawn upkeep, shopping, auto repair, etc. in addition to spending time with their kids and one another and attending church and their activities? Do you think they feel sorry for themselves because they have not had a vacation in over a year, and that was to visit elderly relatives in another state (if you call that vacation)? Do you think he’s wondering whether maybe he should sell the golf clubs to come up with enough money to replace the one window that leaks badly every time it rains or is cold? ETC
I hope this article goes viral so people can see what an arrogant SOB is using them all as pawns in his little games.
That boat company has not made a single boat in almost a year now.
He has taken on other part time jobs since that time. His wife who works at a doctors office, had the option to take on insurance for herself, their two sons and him, but it would take more that half her paycheck to do so.
The decided to keep the boys and her insured. Wonder who Obama would chose given the same circumstances.
The really sad, hugh and series thing is that he really believes this. Oh, the hughmanatee.
