Do you remember the publicity over the pizza place a year or so ago that was accepting pesos? I can’t remember which restaurant it was. Maybe it wasn’t even a pizza place, lol.

You couldnt force me to go down there nowadays at gun point. The expats down there laugh at the scare stories. They're happy to keep the real estate reasonably priced and the crowds away. Meanwhile, the guy selling amazing, enormous fresh scallops comes to your door every Thursday.

Lets hope they stay down there.
You've got to drooling in a cup to want to go into that corrupted cesspool.
Meanwhile, the guy selling amazing, enormous fresh scallops comes to your door every Thursday.
Not me slick...I go out of my way not do deal with anything Mexico. That place is contaminated.
On second thought, ya ought to join your buddies down in Mexico, and stay there.

Like I said, they laugh at people like you. But if you’re so fearful that you have to hide under your blankets, more power to you. I’ll be on the beach.

In fact, I now view Mexico, it's government and it's people as the enemy, an enemy that *totally* disrespects our laws, and defecates on our sovereignty.
The disrespect Mexico routinely displays to the U.S. should make every American recoil in utter contempt.
Have fun fishing down there.

The little known scam of many Mexicans is they cross the border to buy major appliances, clothing, etc. and save their receipts because they are then reimbursed for the taxes they pay on those items.
They basically, double-dip. We all pay state taxes on purchases but illegals live here, get free education, medical and often work for untaxed wages then file for the tax rebate, claiming Mexican citizenship and exemption.
The paperwork involved is a huge side business in Juarez. We are being suckered.

Yes, and the current crop of scumbag, coward, clueless, illegitimate, bigoted, racist, sexist and corrupt politicians in DC are doing nothing about it, but rather want more invaders to come here.

I guess considering the number of *Hispanics* that work in agriculture, it's not surprising to see a lot of businesses catering to their needs but, they seemed to outnumber the *other* businesses 3 to 1. Makes me think most are non-English speaking illegals.

Makes me wonder if there’s not some kind of money laundering going on.

If it’s anything like the Ross stores in Tucson half their customers are from Mexico, might as well take whatever money they’ve got. It’s not like the stores in Nogie are afraid to take dollars.
