>>> Hall is long since departed so what’s the point? There is no point other than to stir up racial hatred. <<<

Drop the race issue, it is incidental.

The driving force here is a daughters desire for justice for her daddy.

That is one of the strongest driving forces out there. Plus now she is in a position and a prominence that she can get the case looked into once again.

In this case, the ‘race’ issue may just be the means to her end.

Since her daddy was on HIS property and the man had come over to take cows (allegedly stolen, but still on his property) from his land - that does not put the shooter in a very good light.

It is not like her daddy was on the other mans land taking his cows when he was shot. He was on his own land defending his own cows.

Now if there was a dispute over ownership, then the shooter should have gone to the authorities and gotten them to get ‘his’ cows back.

If her daddy had shot the intruder on his land, then that would be a much better case for ‘self defense’. But to be on somebody else’s property and taking their cows... that doesn’t look good.

I understand what you are saying, and I believe she wants this. I know I would.

I'm referring to the FBI action. With Obama in charge and his constant racial drivel, I believe he put the FBI up to it. He's an opportunist. That's why I think there is a racial motive, but it is Obama I was implying had the motive.

If I were Shirley, I would be doing my own investigation.
