(Deerfield Beach, FL) “Yesterday’s decision by Justice Susan Bolton in the Arizona Illegal Immigration Law case placed irresponsible and illogical special interest politics over the rule of law. America is a Constitutional Republic which embraces the fundamental premise of the rule of law.
In the Constitution of the United States, Article I, Sections 8 and 10; Article 4, Section 4; and the 10th Amendment provide Arizona a basis for taking necessary action to protect its citizens against a cross border invasion of illegal immigrants.
As the Obama Administration and Congressional Democrats celebrate their perceived victory, thousands of Americans are once again in the line of fire.
The constituents of Florida’s 22nd Congressional District have a right to know where their Congressman stands on this issue. Does Ron Klein support the Obama Administration’s legislation that will leave our borders unprotected while allowing amnesty for millions of illegal aliens?
The hard working law abiding citizens of South Florida have a clear choice on November 2nd. On one side, an ultra-liberal progressive who will continue to play party politics at the expense of the rule of law, resulting in additional illegal immigrant sanctuary cities in our district such as Jupiter, FL. On the other side, a proven leader who has defended our Republic and taken a tried and tested oath to protect and defend our Constitution.
