Oh, so it’s a “hate crime” (as opposed to a “love beating”) when the victim ALSO is a “minority”.
It DEFINITELY wouldn’t have been a “hate crime” if the victim was white, we know that for sure.
When Hate Crime stats first came out, they found that black males were responsible for most of them so they decided to quit charging blacks for hate crimes. If this is treated as a Hate Crime, it will represent a shift in that thinking.
