The soldier is Army being housed in the Quatnico brig.
Quantico is a very large base and these quacky women will not get on that base...Marines don’t use rent a cops they have MPs and I would bet they are armed.
They will make getting aboard the base a headache at the Triangle gate...there is another gate at the south end of the base but that is ONE LONG WALK to mainside..
Marines won’t put up with them.

The MPs are more than just armed, they are very well armed. There is also a very substantial USMC react force as well. In addition, Prince William County has a robust SWAT force and the FBI Academy is about 5 miles away as the crow flies. There will be no problems at the gate.
However, there is a small version of the Iwo Jima Monument just where US Route One intersects Joplin Road (the main gate road). (IIRC, it was a study for the Marine Corps War Memorial in Arlington.) It has a flag and is a popular spot for re-enlistments, wedding pictures,etc. It is government property but mighty exposed to mischief by the unwashed and irreverent. I imagine the Marine Corps will have some security out. Might be a good spot for early arriving FREEPERS as well.
Bring all the water, sun screen, food, umbrellas etc. that you need. All the convenience stores, fast food restaurants, gas stations in the vicinity of the Main Gate have long since been torn down for a US Route 1 expansion project. (As I understand it, there ultimately will be a traffic circle with the monument in the middle - but that’s in the future.)
Anyway, a lot of bare pavement to stand on in the summer sun.
