“The teacher was recruited in Mexico by WISD. Please remover illegal from the title. Thanks!”
That means he was here ‘legally’....which is even worse!

In recent years, the shortage sent WISD officials to Monterrey, Mexico, to recruit bilingual teachersWait just a minute. If WISD had this big of a problem, then how about stopping the infection rather than merely slapping a band aid on it. WISD has student birth certificates and know which students are there illegally bringing down the quality of education and milking the tax payers. Why didn't they turn over their records to ICE and not have to go to Mexico for teachers? If nothing else, it would have saved them headlines and law suites.

The school board voted in March to stop the practice of hiring internationally until officials can be assured the candidates undergo rigorous background checks. American teachers must undergo rigorous background checks. Now that Waco has enough foreigners in classrooms, they're going to generously postpone hiring more foreigners without background checks.

That would make too much sense! The school board voted in March to stop the practice of hiring internationally and the Superintendent left the district last month.

Just doing the jobs US citizens won’t do. Thanks, obamination. Even the kids are not off limits for your “amnesty”
progroms.

Release him and bring him over to Nugent’s ranch for a little target practice, that is, he holds the targets and Ted gets to use whatever he wished to use out of his arsenal.

There was. Per the request in post #14 the word “illegal” was removed from the title.

Waco school officials might form child abuse response teams or establish stricter protocols to guide their reactions in the wake of the apparent mishandling of an alleged molestation case, two school board members said Thursday. Let me translate: "We screwed this one up horribly. So, the next time a 3rd grade girl sees a 3rd grade boy's uncovered ankle, we'll suspend him and put him on a sexual offenders list.
