That's ridiculous.  The only reason I believe she's over there meeting foreign dignitaries is because Europe and by extension Saudi Arabia dislikes Obama about as much as we do here and her standing in the world is twice as high as his. They say The Rookie appears weak in the world in contrast to thugs like Ahmadinejad in Iran who also says Obama is weak.
