Prayers to her soul!

I can’t imagine how you can be pro-life after having an abortion. But I do pray that she confessed her sins in confession so she has a fighting chance at getting into Heaven.

nap actually quite a few women come to regret their abortions.

That is what Rachel's Children is all about.

Their testimony to expecting mothers has saved many a baby.

It's called repentance and conversion, and it's a wonderful gift from Our Lord Jesus Christ. You would probably be amazed how many ladies are in this category. Come to Washington, DC next January for the March for Life, and you can meet and talk with some of them.

It's not that hard to figure out.
The anguish, guilt, horror, and emptiness she felt afterwards clued her in as to what she had lost.
It's very common actually.
Some turn to bitterness, anger, and denial.
Others search for healing and forgiveness.
When they realize they have lost a human child, all that that means and could have been. Those that have courage speak out about it. Some become pro-life activists because they don't want others to go through that trauma.

Repentance, forgiveness, abandoning those sins forever more.

There are those who can't imagine how you wouldn't be against abortion after having that all-too-often traumatic experience.

“I can’t imagine how you can be pro-life after having an abortion.”

All the more reason to be pro-life, if you’ve gone thru the hell of an abortion and a lifetime of remorse.

Amen! I can’t imagine what something like that must do to a person and how that decision must weigh on ones soul forever. Even knowing that asking for forgiveness absolves you how do you ever forgive yourself?

it always amazes me how judgemental some ‘Christians’ can be.
I doubt there’s one person on earth, including me, who has enough information on anyone else to opine how God will receive - or not - someone.

I suspicion we’d all be kept too busy for that if we spend the time we should on worrying about our own actions...

“I can’t imagine how you can be pro-life after having an abortion”.

I know several women who have many regrets over an abortion. At the time of their pregnancy, they had no family support system and felt it was the only option. In fact, one woman I know has a “secret” type day of mourning each year(based on when she would have had the baby). The woman who started the whole Roe v Wade court case also regretted her decision. There are support groups specifically for women who had an abortion and later need therapy over that decision. Just a thought

These are the women who are most fierce in their opposition to infanticide!

I know many women who have committed infanticide, gone on to regret it, and become fierce fighters for the rights of babies.
