If you don't file electronically the penalty is $50 per item after the 249th paper copy.
The electronic filing is just the A copy. You still have to stuff the B copy in an envelope and mail it to the recipient. Keep the C copy on file for at least 3 years.

He is correct....but he doesn’t say that the ‘benefits’ will be rationed according to need and those that use up their allotment will be offered/directed to the ‘death with dignity’(eugenics) program.
