I think that Andy Barr in Lexington has a fairly good chance of winning. I’m less confident of Lally, if only because he doesn’t seem to be on anybody’s radar.
Boehner was in Louisville to attend an event for Lally the other week. He must at least be on the outskirts of someone’s radar if he would take the time to make the trip.
