Hey, rules and laws apply only to the peasants in this country—not to the democrat elite who make up the rules for themselves on a day to day basis.

“Rahall added that he “will be reimbursing the Treasury [Department] for the paper.”

While I have sympathy for this man and his son’s obvious drug problems, what he said there is incredibly lame. Reimburse them for what? 1 or 2 sheets of paper and an envelope?

WAKE UP CONGRESSMAN!

Red herring is an idiomatic expression referring to a rhetorical tactic of diverting attention away from an item of significance.
Please pray that this man Rahall is defeated in November. He is a prime example of what is wrong with our federal government. He is part of the Leftist/Liberal machine that has wrestled the power of government away and has used it to enrich himself and destroy America. He is for cap and tax while representing the central Appalachian coal field. He is of Lebanese extraction and is very suspect in his true allegiances. Spike Maynard, very conservative Democrat who flipped to Republican to run against this guy. I trust Spike to stay true to his conservative background. This man, Rahall, is the Nancy Pelosi of southern West virginia. He must go. Pray for a win for the good guys. God help the Republic.
