Two weeks of 'summer camp', then she will be busy taking care of a 'sick aunt'. At least that's what they used to tell us when girls 'of that age' disappeared for the entire summer.

I think nowadays we just call it 'the abortion clinic'. After all, Obama wouldn't want his daughter 'stuck' with a baby.

Not unusual in New England, and I believe she's in Maine or NH. The camp our sons have attended in NH runs 7 weeks. The kids have a great time and form some very nice friendships at these types of camps. It makes it difficult to plan family time, however.
