It was a car accident but the coroner ruled he died of heart disease.
Check out the middle initial of each James Chiakulas you posted. These are not the same person.

I believe that is father and son because James C’s reference to the association with the Chicago Council on Justice for Cyprus mentions his father founded the group (James N).

Somebody should take a serious look at the prosecutors who vetted the jury. But it is Chicago, so I guess no one should be surprised.

WRONG James Chiakulas. You all need to actually look at the middle initials of these individuals. Do you know that she was married? Looking at real estate records...I have never found her name listed with a spouse. Seriously...I do not think she was married to a white man for some reason.

There is the chance that there is another Joann Chiakulas in the Chicago area, but I could find very few people with this name even listed so the chances are pretty slim.
I apologize...I see your logic here. I have searched all Illinois real estate records (I am a librarian) and have not found any property records with her listed with a spouse. Either way...I am enjoying how she is not anonymous anymore. Good luck to her!

Yes, the other jurors were so suspicious of her they asked to judge to remind them of their oath.
