Of course. That's the Madoff MO. Trustees looking over his empire found interrelated international funds, institutions and entities of almost unparalleled complexity and breadth...... and assets and businesses in 11 places overseas. These were tax evasion and money laundering vehicles for wealthy businessmen.....many involved in tax-exempt "charities."

We'll end up paying for the Ground Zero Mosque --- w/ that jerk Bloomberg in their pocket---tax abatements and other tax subsidizations are in the offing.

Course there's about 100 million Muslims worldwide---so if they contributed 5 bucks each to the Ground Zero Mosque.......

So little comment has been seen on the grotesque attempts to whitewash the name "Cordoba" as though it stands for some model of inter-faith harmony. As usual, the Islamic paradise of Cordoba and "Andalusia" came about by bloody conquest and ruthless repression. The fact that Shariah then allows a concept of "dhimmi" for a very unequal kind multi-faith society of Islamic dominance does nothing to make the name "Cordoba" resonate with any justice and humanity: [from a popular website encylopedia which beings with a 'W']

NO it is NOT reasonable. Their real reason is to mislead people off the realization that these Islamists are continuing their conquest of the West using our own laws against us. The Dome of the Rock was built specifically on the Temple Mount, where the altar was alleged to have been, solely for the purpose of publicly demonstrating Islam’s control over Jews and Christians. They did it with the Hagia Sophia Church in Istanbul by turning it into a mosque when they conquered Turkey.

Have you ever been to a T-ball game? Half the kids don’t know which base is first. A game with 3 outs recorded TOTAL (not just in an inning) is a defensive masterpiece.

Two of my six kids played t-ball. The rest weren’t allowed to be on a team until they played something that vaguely resembled baseball. T-ball resembles track for the team hitting and rugby for the team fielding.

Actually, that is my prefered way of referring to that abomination. Though it does matter in a symbolic sense where they build it, what is far more offensive to me is the occasion of why they are building it.

I am getting to hold the belief that this is yet another trick by the enemedia to help raise funds for this atrocity by making it a part of everyone's conversation. Whereas this terrorist sympathizer who is raising loot to build it, without the help of the global discussion of it, he would only have the services of the US Department of Hate to underwrite his fund-raising efforts in the Middle East. Now, with all of the publicity, he has the cred to approach his potential benefactors by telling them that this would be a wonderous tweak on the Great Satan.
